On August 23, 2025, my family bought a pre-owned 2011 Audi Q7 from Vehicles Nashville (1938 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN) through salesperson Seth. We were looking at another vehicle, but Seth persuaded Audi Q7 from Vehicles Nashville (1938 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN) through salesperson Seth. We were looking at another vehicle, but Seth persuaded us into this one. The dealership plays worship music, has mini Jesus figures and Christian signage throughout the office. My son liked it because the music reminded him of church. We trusted them as a values-driven business. From day one, the Q7 has had severe overheating issues — the temperature climbs or warnings activate after only 10-15 minutes of driving. We’ve been forced to limit trips to just 5-minute school or hospital runs. We cannot do normal family drives without fear of breakdown. Timeline of service failures: • ~1 week after purchase: Took the car for nearly 4 weeks; claimed water pump replacement (appeared used or possibly not done). • ~1 week after return: Same issue continued. Took it back for another ~4 weeks; said pressure test found “nothing,” claimed they ran it for days but couldn’t recreate it, and provided no test results. • Same week we got it back: Overheating happened again on the way home from work. Brought it in for ~2 weeks; again “nothing found.” They then said it was no longer their problem because we bought it “as is” and paid cash. Seth had earlier said if the problem wasn’t fixed, they would “work something out” — possibly a refund or different vehicle. That never happened. We also took it to their recommended shop, Valdez Motorsports on Winford Ave. They were equally unhelpful, did nothing effective, and provided no invoice. Other issues since purchase: seat backs have fallen off (reattached with aftermarket glue), A/C takes forever to cool, and a side panel fell off while driving. This has been incredibly stressful during our family’s medical battles. Chemo started in November 2025. In early October 2025, right after one service visit, we rushed our child to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a glioma on his optic nerve. I now spend ~$40/week on coolant and oil just to keep it running. We’ve cut back on family activities and my hour-long work commute is much harder with only one reliable vehicle. The contrast between the worship music/Christian atmosphere and the way we’ve been abandoned — especially while dealing with cancer treatment — is deeply disappointing. Vehicles Nashville, please make this right. Provide a proper repair with new parts at your expense and a real warranty, or honor what Seth mentioned: a buyback/refund plus expenses, or credit toward a reliable replacement vehicle. Contact me directly to resolve this. I cannot recommend this dealership or Valdez Motorsports. Look elsewhere if you want honesty and follow-through. More
I live in Reno, Nevada and had to literally search out nationwide for the Cadillac CT6 year and trim options I was looking for. Vehicles Nashville had the right car, at a very reasonable price. Buying a v nationwide for the Cadillac CT6 year and trim options I was looking for. Vehicles Nashville had the right car, at a very reasonable price. Buying a vehicle sight unseen is never easy, but Seth, Chris and Zach made sure the vehicle was up to my standards, and arranged to deliver the vehicle from Nashville to Reno in an efficient and safe manner.. I am a sales manager and been in the car business for nearly 20 years, and as such, have expectations that Vehicles Nashville exceeded across the board. They really went above and beyond to make a SIGHT UNSEEN, out of state, 2700 mile away purchase, seamless and easy. Fantastic prices & exceptional customer service! You cant ask for any more than that :) Well Done! More

This is why I returned to trade in and buy my second car a 2013 Audi in which I am totally pleased. The men are Christians and they are very professional. There is no haggling about price. They sell highly classified car. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for good reputable and dependable used cars. This is the place to go/ More
Poor communication. I asked multiple questions will no response for more than 24 hours. When I finally got someone interested in talking to me and getting me information they sold it out from under me. Th response for more than 24 hours. When I finally got someone interested in talking to me and getting me information they sold it out from under me. They never suggested putting a deposit on the car to hold it while I was getting answers. Very frustrating! I expected more out of what seems to be a smaller dealership. More
My son purchased a used Explorer and enjoys his “new” SUV. Jonathan worked with him and got his payments to a comfortable zone. Would definitely recommend to friends and my family. I will do business with them again I don’t like buying or negotiating for vehicles. I especially don’t like negotiating and completing a deal for a used car, which is just about all I buy. What I can tell you is that Vehicles Nashville worried me, on the front end, because I had never heard of them. The fact is, we went to their location initially, looking for a vehicle for our son in college. The vehicle, which was very highly- rated on-line was every bit as good on-the-hoof as it was rated. We took it to the dealership, had it thoroughly checked out, and I spoke to the Benz mechanic . He was enthusiastic. Literally all he found was a nail in a tire that needed replacement anyway. (Who buys new tires for a used car with as much good about it?) More importantly, the Mercedes coupe was absolutely pristine. And doing business in cash was as easy as buying pet food at Wal-Mart. The guys were prepped fully when we returned to purchase. TheY had everything ready, we’re knowledgeable and pleasant, and completely professional. I have done business with a lot of people in my life; these guys were simply highest quality, non- pressure and pleasant. Best car deal. Ever. Mic drop. More
