Venture Motor Cars and Amir Kopman are the biggest crooks around. In the process of working with an attorney and filing BBB and AG charges. Have all texts and documentation stating this. 4x we were told that the checks were in the mail with Fed ex and tracking showed they were arriving by 4:30 pm. Amazingly, for 4 weeks no checks ever arrived, and no tracking number provided but each week we were told again they were sent. How interesting. What happened to all the checks that were “sent”? Amir lies through his teeth with no shame….it’s pathological. Again, last Friday he said he sent the money and it may not be there until Monday. Still no money. The car was supposed to come with a 4000 mile power train warranty, had it in a contract. The warranty company wouldn’t honor the warranty…:why? Because Venture motors NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS THAT SELL JUNK CARS AND DONT STAND BY THE GUARANTY. “Guaranteed to pass inspection” they said and when it didn’t they’ve done nothing. Complete CRIMINALS. We have all screen shots of the lies. If you want to take your hard earned money and burn it, buy a car from venture motors. If working with crooks, thieves and liars is your cup of tea, buy from VENTURE MOTORS. If you want to do business with people who have no class, no ethics, no morals, and are pathological liars, but from venture motors. These people are disgusting. I hope they get exactly what they deserve and we will do everything we are legally capable of to ensure they do. More

We had a contract and agreed upon a specific price for the vehicle I was selling them, but when it came time to pa Motorcars and their salesman Amir. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, they refused to honor our agreement and instead chose to prioritize their own profits over their customers. This level of dishonesty and lack of integrity is unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone against doing business with Venture Motorcars or Amir. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't value their customers or their contractual obligations. More

My husband was checking as thoroughly as you can without jacking it up and checking underneath. They had their mechanic check it out, sending us pictures of him looking at it to make us more comfortable. Mechanic said it checked out great. Haven't drove the car except home that night and then woke up next morning to a puddle of fluids underneath. We took it to a reputable shop. They said it was poorly fixed with major parts jb welded. And it should not be driven. Also they sold us a warranty that won't cover any cost of getting it fixed because of the crap that's been done to it. Please stay away from this place! More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I waited to write my review hoping Amir would keep his promise. That did not happen. He told us an electrical error on the car’s dashboard was due to it sitting on their lot for a couple weeks. He told us to drive it home and it will charge up causing the error to go away. . When it didn’t come off the next day, we called him and he promised to have it taken care of at the nearest BMW service center. Amir is yet to take care of it. He ignores our calls and our texts. He had no problem taking our money though. He is a terrible business person and I would recommend that if you want to do business with someone who is honest, stay away from Amir and Venture. More

BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Sold my car on 7/10/21 to Amir K., the manager of the dealership. 2 weeks go by and they never sent a check to my bank for the balance of DEALER! Sold my car on 7/10/21 to Amir K., the manager of the dealership. 2 weeks go by and they never sent a check to my bank for the balance of my vehicle loan. I owed the bank $14k and he owed me a balance of $13K. Lied continuously about everything. I told him I was coming to get my car back after he lied for 2 weeks about sending a check to the bank. I texted and called him over a dozen times for a confirmation that the check was sent and he could not provide one. He or someone at the dealer drove my car 330 miles in the 2 weeks they had it and left it reeking of cigarette smoke (I compared the mileage on the contract on 7/10 to the Odometer reading when I picked it up on 7/23). Gave me a broken key that didn't even belong to my vehicle. He threatened to drive my car off of the lot and park it in the middle of route 46. Had to call the police to get my vehicle back along with my working key (which he lied and said he didnt have). Don't waste your time, energy, effort or peace of mind on this place. More

I traded in my car for another car from them on Oct 3rd, drove home with a tempo This is the most horrific and outrageous buying experience, EVER. I traded in my car for another car from them on Oct 3rd, drove home with a temporary license plate and registration. They promised that they will send me the title, registration, license plate, extended warranty ... before the 20th of Oct when temporary license plate is expired. As of today, Nov 28th, I still haven't received a single documentations from them despite of 30+ phone calls. And the car was impounded. Around the expiration of the temporary plate, I called Chris, the manager who sold me the car. Chris, who appeared to be a nice guy when I came to buy the car (yes, you could laugh at my naive), told me that they are a little late and I should get all of the docs in 3-4 days. A week went by, I reached out to him, called and texted, without much success. I then called Rick, the sellerman. Still no clear answer from Rick. He appears trying to do something about the situation, but doesn't seem to have much power. And then Rick also started the vanishing game. At this point, I am without a car for over 2 weeks as my temp license plate was expired. I gave up with Chris and Rick and contacted their customer support line. Here I got a hold of Johnathan, who was shocked with the situation. After two days, J told me that there is some errors with the tittle application and they have to redo it. Everything should be sorted out in a week. While waiting for the status update, the car was impounded for parking on the street without a valid license plate. Yesterday, after week went by, I contact J again, and guess what? they lost the RMV-1 form. I had to request it with the insurance company and sent to them again. Since yesterday I am trying to contact J to see if he received the RMV-1 form, no response. It looks like I have to get a lawyer. Bottom line, at this point I would not recommend anyone doing business with these people, certainly not me. More
