I went for a oil change and tire rotation on 6/25. My rep Jonathan was very courteous and very professional. I waited there and they got my truck washed and serviced. Didn’t take long at all. I don’t ever go back to my original dealer (Autonation) because Vera is much better. I used to have a Cadillac and a Hummer that I would bring there all the time.
