The driver side wiper blade flew off in a rain storm. We pulled up and were promptly greeted with no appointment. Not planning on issues, Pam called around for us to find the pieces we needed. They were not available so they suggested we move 1 blade to the driver side so we could continue with our trip. we appreciated the suggestion and the fact the other blade was removed so the windshield did not get damaged. Thanks for the help. More

They got us in immediately and took care of it in under an hour. Jared the technician was courteous, and did a top notch job! Pam Englelland our service advisor was so polite and helpful. She found a phone number for us to help make things go smoothly for the "tourist aspect' of our trip! We were just delighted with the two of them and the dealership overall. If we lived near Mitchell, we would always be happy to return here for service! There's a certain South Mississippi dealership that could take a lesson from these folks! More

I called when I was about 10 miles outside of Mitchell and Adam was very helpful on telling me the easiest route to their location, said they could get me in right away, and when I pulled in he told Pam exactly where I was going and she took me right back to get my info and to the lounge. They were both so friendly and welcoming! Thank you! More

unhappy customer Purhased new 2012 Ford Fiesta. Transmission was never right with this vehicle. At 41,000 miles took vehicle with transmission problem. Told by service Purhased new 2012 Ford Fiesta. Transmission was never right with this vehicle. At 41,000 miles took vehicle with transmission problem. Told by service advisor that vehicle was unsafe to drive. Vehicle still covered by extended warranty. Also had a master tech extended warranty that covered the problem. Vehicle set at dealership for ten days, I was told then that the parts were on order and could be months before they arrived. Had to sell the car at a terrible loss. Was only given $4,000 for a trade. Car was like new. i had a extended service warranty that i purchased for $1800 dollars. i got a whole $250.00 back for that. Warranty was only used for 5,000 miles. The next week I see the car on the internet for $9,000. I found out at this time that all of a sudden they had the parts. The vehicle was repaired under warranty by Ford. I was never informed of this. They made a lot of money on this deal. I did all the right things and feel I was cheated, I feel this was very unethical. Numerous complaint to the dealer went unheeded, Complaints to corporate ignored, Cannot recommend this vehicle to anyone.. Will never use this dealership again More

Excellent customer service. I was traveling from northern Wisconsin to Gillette Wyoming for a new work assignment. I own a 2011 Ford Focus with almost 100,000 miles. This has b I was traveling from northern Wisconsin to Gillette Wyoming for a new work assignment. I own a 2011 Ford Focus with almost 100,000 miles. This has been the most trouble free vehicle I have ever owned. Before leaving Wisconsin I noticed the starter seemed a bit sluggish and I thought there may be a problem with the battery. I spent the first night in Eau Claire Wisconsin. The next morning the car still was slow to turn over and I knew that I had a problem with the battery. I decided to continue on with my plan to spend the night in Mitchell South Dakota. Arrived at 5:30 pm and checked in to a hotel and then located the Ford dealer in Mitchell, Vern Eide Ford Lincloln. I got there at 5:50 pm, ten minutes before closing and described my problem to Tami Winter who is a service advisor. I indicated that I would be happy to come back when they opened the next morning but she encouraged me to take care of it immediately. Jared tested the battery within 5 minutes and the test showed one of the battery's cell was bad. I had purchased a new 84 month Ford Motorcraft battery at Larry Miller Ford in Lakewood Colorado in December of 2013. I did not have my invoice with me and Tami suggested I call Larry Miller to retrieve the invoice from their computer records. I called my service advisor there, Ryan Doer, and within 5 minutes he located the invoice, printed it out and faxed it to Tami who then indicated the battery was still covered under warranty 100% parts and labor. Adam is the service manager at Vern Eide and Mike works in the parts department and determined that they had the same battery in stock. Jared installed the battery in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Tami, Jared, Mike and Adam all rallied to help me and stayed 40 minutes after closing to get me on my way. This saved me a huge hassle as I am certain the car would not have started the next morning at the hotel. This is why I and my family have been Ford customers for decades and why I will likely trade in my Focus on a 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum Hybrid in a few months. Kudos to all you wonderful people!! More
