Amazing!! I purchased a car on Monday 3/30/15. The last time I financed a car was in January of 2007, and it was such a horrible experience that I vowed to neve I purchased a car on Monday 3/30/15. The last time I financed a car was in January of 2007, and it was such a horrible experience that I vowed to never visit a dealership or finance a car again. Unfortunately, my car was totaled a week ago Sunday, and I had to get a car. I searched the web and ended up at Versatile. I was in and out in less than an hour, I got an amazing price on a 2012 Mercedes E350 with only 20k miles on it. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in making a purchase. Patrick (my salesman) worked out an amazing deal for me and got me a heck of a deal on 4 new tires (replaced only because I wanted to). Greg (finance manager) got me an interest rate more than 2 points lower than my own bank that I've been with for 15 years, and Norris (the store manager) understood my reluctance and promised from the door that I would be taken care of if I gave them a fair shot. He held true to his word. I appreciate the folks at Versatile Collection and would recommend anyone visit there to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I already have a friend scheduled to go there this weekend. Thanks again, guys! More

My salesman was a superstar!!! the atmosphere was great. Got there and was greeted by Patrick he told me the car I cam for had sold A Corolla but told me why I should buy an elantra the atmosphere was great. They don't know the meaning of respect We both agreed upon numbers on a car and the sales person told to come to dealership by calling me in the afternoon. Even before 10 minutes before arriving to the dealership he called again and asked if i am coming or not and said he will see me at the dealership. When i came, to my surprise, he started searching for the car keys, he silently came after 10 minutes and said the car is accidentally transferred to other branch and they cannot bring it back now. They asked me to come tomorrow if i am still interested to buy that car. The way they behaved is cheap. I agree they are selling some vehicles at cheaper price but that does not mean that they need to behave cheaply. I wish some one one could teach them how to behave with a customer and how to respect his time as well as money. #RIP respect. More

And working with Greg on the financing and paperwork was painless (not something easy to say about car dealerships!). These guys made the process so comfortable, low pressure and successful that we came back two days later and bought a second car. We will be back to get our next used car. More
