My son’s car was totaled and we had to buy a car over Thanksgiving break. Was really fortunate to have found these guys. We went one night to see a car we found online. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever and they were more than willing to give us time to take the cars wherever we wanted to get them checked out. Have had the car about 7 weeks now, including three 700+ mile trips. I can say, i will be dealing with them for a my new used cars in the future. More

HAVE YOUR OWN MECHANIC CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFORE BUYING!!! I purchase a used Subaru from this dealer and stated that I wanted to have my mechanic check it first. The salesman showed me a receipt from Tronca I purchase a used Subaru from this dealer and stated that I wanted to have my mechanic check it first. The salesman showed me a receipt from Troncalli Subaru where they had sent it for some recalls and an oil change. He represented that the car had been inspected. They next day I made some tight turns with the car and noticed a lod thumping coming from the drive train. I took it to my mechanic and he identified the problem as a viscous coupling in the transmission. He also stated that any fundamental inspection would have found this issue. I am looking at $1000 plus to get it back on the road. Called VCCARS and they said sorry about your bad luck More

WE BOUGHT A 2014 JAGUAR XJ IN AUGUST 2018, DROVE 4 HOURS TO GET THE CAR, TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND WITH A WARRANTY ENDED UP PAYING OVER HALF THE BILL!!!! CALLED THE DEALERSHIP NO TO GET THE CAR, TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND WITH A WARRANTY ENDED UP PAYING OVER HALF THE BILL!!!! CALLED THE DEALERSHIP NOT REALLY A GOOD EXPLANATION AS TO WHY MORE WASN'T PAID, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR A WARRANTY TO ME THAT IS NO GOOD!!!!
