Rude!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Versatile Collection early last month. It started out as a fine experience. We worked with a salesman named My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Versatile Collection early last month. It started out as a fine experience. We worked with a salesman named Sulaiman “Doc” who was friendly and made the process seem easy. Our issues started after the purchase process began and ended up being awful! I feel that it is important to let future purchasers know the people at the Alpharetta office are incompetent at correctly completing paperwork because it ended up costing us a lot of time driving back and forth to correct their mistakes, and it almost cost us a lot of money. Their mistakes included: 1. The trim level was listed wrong on our initial bill of sale, so it had to be redone. 2. After the purchase, our bank noticed the VIN was incorrect on all paperwork. We had to void our original check and waste time at the bank having them cut us a new one. We also had to completely redo our sale with Versatile Collection, which took an hour and a half. 3. They calculated our sales tax wrong and let us know after the purchase was completed that we still owed money. More on that: About four days after our purchase was when I got a TEXT (in my opinion extremely unprofessional) saying that there was an issue with how our car taxes were calculated and we actually still owed the dealership $525. What?!? I spoke with the store manager Walter and he was nice enough, but he kept insisting the mistake was due to computer error. In looking back, it may have been, but it should have been very obvious to them while processing our purchase. (Did they even proofread the sales documents?) At first they threatened to hold our title until we paid in full, but then we went back and forth with Walter about who should pay and how much. While dealing with Walter, I then got a phone call from our original salesman, Doc. We had not been dealing with him anymore so I was confused why he was calling at first but then it became obvious his only intention for calling was to patronize me. He said to me over and over again in our conversation, “I hope you feel good about yourself mam, this is coming out of my pocket” and “congratulations mam on finding a loophole around paying.” It was quite a 180 from the bubbly demeanor he had just a few days earlier. All of this makes me wonder if they really are THAT bad at paperwork or if this type of thing is some sort of tactic for getting people to buy cars at lower price points and then coming back at them for more money when the dealership knows they’re too far in, plus holding the title as a means of leverage. Either way, my advice to anyone looking for a car here is to RUN. Doc said multiple times during our dealings in person that he’d love if we left him a review. Well here’s your review, Doc. More

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from them that was certified inspected by Nissan (receipt and everything). Tire was flat when I did my test drive, they filled it up afterwards. Thought that was the end of it but turns out the wheels on the front were damaged (and couldn't feel it because the flat tire on the test drive.) Looks like the previous owner locked the breaks and burned all the tread up in one spot. I was promised that everything was up to safety standards and in good condition. Because they said this, its a breach of contract because they lead me to believe something that was untrue of the car. They wont answer my texts or calls . But I'm not going to hire a lawyer over two tires. Just trying to warn others that they are pretty shady and shop elsewhere if you can. More

Read Reviews before buying here Apparently I’m no the first person to have mechanical failures on car purchases here shortly after, but. Or even 2 weeks later the check engine turns Apparently I’m no the first person to have mechanical failures on car purchases here shortly after, but. Or even 2 weeks later the check engine turns on. They will say anything to get you to buy the car but they don’t stand by thier cars not even for 30 days. Don’t buy a car here like a previous comment said they don’t properly inspect their vehicles mechanically and their excuse when you go back is that they are not mechanics. Don’t buy a car here More
Cars are not inspected like they say DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT INSPECT THE CARS LIKE THEY SAY. I HAVE $5,100 WORTH OF WORK TO DO ON THE CAR, AND I'VE ONLY HAD IT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT INSPECT THE CARS LIKE THEY SAY. I HAVE $5,100 WORTH OF WORK TO DO ON THE CAR, AND I'VE ONLY HAD IT NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS. ROTORS ARE BAD, BRAKES ARE TERRIBLE, NEEDED NEW BELTS DUE TO CORROSION, NASTY AIR FILTER AN CABIN FILTERS, CD PLAYER DIDN'T WORK, BACK LIGHT DIDN'T WORK, USB CONNECTORS BROKE. TALKED TO GM WALTER, AND HE BLEW ME OFF TELLING KENNY TO HANDLE IT. THEN KENNY BRUSHED ME OFF. THEY HAVE YOU TO FILE OUT A SURVEY ON THERE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW HOW HAPPY OR SAD THAT YOU ARE UNTIL YOU GET THAT CAR HOME AND REALIZE THEY SPRAYED SOMETHING ON THE BRAKES TO KEEP IT FROM SQUEAKING TWO DAYS LATER. HOW DO YOU PAY ALMOST 40,000 FOR A CAR, WITH 5,100 DOLLARS WORK OF DAMAGES TO FIX. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO MY EMISSION ON MY CAR BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME, I HAD TO LEARN OF THIS BEFORE I COULD GET MY TAG TO THE VEHICLE, BUT THEY TELL ME THAT MY CAR MUST HAVE SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS. OH YEA RIGHT!!! SO THAT TELLS ME RIGHT THERE THAT THEY DID NOT INSPECT MY CAR AT ALL. I LEARNED MY LESSON TO STICK STRICTLY TO A DEALERSHIP, AND LEAVE JERKS LIKE THIS ALONE.NOT WORK THE RISK. I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE A -5,000.000.00 STAR More
Lovin It! Found this car dealership on Car Guru when I was searching for a Toyota Avalon. Me and hubby visited and spoke with Sulaiman. He was great but we didn Found this car dealership on Car Guru when I was searching for a Toyota Avalon. Me and hubby visited and spoke with Sulaiman. He was great but we didn't purchase a car on our first visit. After searching another couple weeks, we were overwhelmed. During those weeks, Sulaiman kept in contact to give me updates on his inventory. The cars we saw were comparable in price to Versatile but they couldn't match the customer service. Decided to return to Versatile and while my original car was sold, I purchased a different car there. Sulaiman was persistent but not pushy. He was very friendly and patient with us even after test driving five cars! I had a great experience there. My husband is even thinking about purchasing a car there when the time comes. More

RUN. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Boy was I misled by this dealer and salesperson, Alex Pham! Against my better judgement, I was convinced by Alex Pham and the General Manager, Walter Boy was I misled by this dealer and salesperson, Alex Pham! Against my better judgement, I was convinced by Alex Pham and the General Manager, Walter Pogue, that the car I purchased was in great shape and nothing would need to be fixed mechanically. I took my car to get an oil change yesterday and was told I need new front rotors (they are nearly metal to metal), brake pads, and to have the back rotors machined. None of this was something that I could have been caused in the three months I've owned the car! Shame on me for not taking this car to be checked out before I purchased it. I really thought these guys were stand-up people. These guys give used car salespeople a bad name!!! More
FRAUD FRAUD. NO INTEGRITY FRAUD! They lie about history of vehicles. I asked a many times and was assured clean car clean title no history of damage and given a Carfax and afte FRAUD! They lie about history of vehicles. I asked a many times and was assured clean car clean title no history of damage and given a Carfax and after purchase I noticed the roof from the stairs of my garage with HAIL DAMAGE (Be aware 2014 Acura MDX HAS HAIL DAMAGE and they will not disclose it to you even if you ask). a reputable body shop confirmed damage all around the SUV that was cheaply repaired but not the roof since no one looks at the roof of a high SUV. There were other issues with the vehicle and everything they claim it is easy fix while it cost few thousand dollars. There was absolutely no thread on all 4 tires and did not find spear tire and tools, broken side mirror that costs $350 plus labor. Initially they denied the hail damage and after confrontation they accepted it and said they would fix it. First of all, I live in charlotte NC and can't be doing all the driving back and forth for repairs and did not purchase an expensive vehicle to run around and go to junk yards and do repairs. Second this is an expensive luxury SUV so even if you cheaply fix it I end up with a hail damaged car and loose a ton of value. Announcing the hail damage reduces the value substantially. Even with preowned vehicles "sold as is" it is a fraud to lie about history but they hide behind as is sales and claim no knowledge of the damage. Seriously? a dealer can spot damage from a mile away. They had the SUV for months, buffed it and detail cleaned it and did not see the damage? I bet they purchased it cheap at the auction being announced as a Hail damaged vehicle and try to sell it for full value. I knew they were a fraud when the owner told me that I can make money if I keep the SUV and call my insurance and get a big check for Hail damage. The damage did not happen under my coverage. That is insurance fraud and I will not take part of that. How unethical! Anyways I returned the vehicle and they took it back in fear of legal action but they took my $993 and said it is for return fees. Read the negative reviews they all talk about fraud and damage and lies. I won’t be surprises if they are getting the positive reviews from family and friends. More
