We purchased a vehicle here in May. The salesman put in the paperwork for the license and registration and said we would get the license registration in the mail. Called and talked to sales manager who said no worries the DMV is behind and we have 180 days not 30 days. I said anything I need to do, and was told nothing other than be patient. Well here it is Nov and I get a call from them asking me if I'm ever going to pick up my license/registration or if I still need it. I was flabbergasted. Well I'm just glad to finally have my license/registration after 160 + days. I had to go to the dealership and pick it up, because it never arrived in the mail, and I believe it was sitting at the dealership since June. Needless to say we were completely stressed out by this whole process. More
