Disappointed with my experience I was originally quoted a much lower price to get the AC fixed, only to be told an hour later 5x time higher price. I have now found a reputable mech I was originally quoted a much lower price to get the AC fixed, only to be told an hour later 5x time higher price. I have now found a reputable mechanic, who is going to fix the issue with 1/5th of the price quoted by this dealership. Extremely disappointing. More

100 mile trek Drove from east Orlando to get a car I saw on their web page. I asked my salesperson to check the car for any scratches or dings and to send me pictures before I made this long trip. Long story short the salesman said there were no scratched or dings and the car was like new. Unfortunately when I arrived and saw the car there was a major scratch on the front hood that someone has tried to fill in (poorly done) and several dings on the car. There was also major scratches on 2 rims from the previous owner rubbing against the curb. I Bought the car anyway because I had made the trip and liked the car overall but I really felt cheated by the sales rep. In addition, the manager never came out to thank me for my business. More

Best place to buy a car. After I have been searching for a used car more than a month. And visit so many car dealers... I found on their web site the exact car I'm locking. The whole process to trade my car and complete the paper work with sean was less than 1 hour. I come back after 2 days with some brakes problem and they fix it for free and balance all 4 tires. Discouraged I made an appointment for an oil change for noon. I arrived on time and was told there was an expected 45 minute wait in addition to an hour which it I made an appointment for an oil change for noon. I arrived on time and was told there was an expected 45 minute wait in addition to an hour which it would take to change my oil. I have changed my own oil in this truck in less than 20 minutes so this seemed extreme. I asked if they could check a engine light and they told me that was a different technician and would add even more wait time 😒 so I said never mind. After time passed I was told my oil plug was stripped and I would have to buy a new one.. the last 3 years of oil changes had been at this location and I have all my paperwork to prove that so they must have cross threaded it and are charging me now. Very disappointed. More
