Service Review Girl in front was Rude. I asked to ride with the mechanic so he could listen for the sound/clicking noise my vehicle was making. 4 hours later I was a Girl in front was Rude. I asked to ride with the mechanic so he could listen for the sound/clicking noise my vehicle was making. 4 hours later I was asked to return to do this very thing because the mechanic could not hear anything wrong. Of course when we went together he heard the noise and it was the rack and pinion. Only thing that brought me back was TIM. Someone needs to give Cara a serious lesson in customer service and how to speak to customers. I will not return for service. Bought 2 vehicles this month. But NO more service. More

Leon Rocks and So Does Veterans Ford! I came in a week ago to rent a car and decided to take a look. I met Leon and made an appointment to get with him today at 12:15. I was out by 3 as pr I came in a week ago to rent a car and decided to take a look. I met Leon and made an appointment to get with him today at 12:15. I was out by 3 as promised with exactly the right truck for me, a brand new Ford F-150 Sport. I had some reservations looking for a truck, though I really needed one as my 1999 Explorer was on her last leg, because I have less than stellar credit right now. But Leon made me feel confident and comfortable the whole time. I was looking at used trucks so you can imagine my surprise when he brought up a new one. It turns out Ford has some amazing rate incentives on the new trucks and I was able to get 4.9% with a payment I could easily handle on a sweet vehicle. Leon and the whole crew at Veterans are rock stars. I highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new or used car or truck and they’re my family car place for life now. Hope this helps someone in a situation like I was make the right choice and see Leon and the crew at Veterans for their next car purchase. More
