I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealership. I bought a truck from them and the whole process felt very rushed. After taking it to my mechanic he informed me that there was nails in three of the tires. When I brought it to the dealerships attention I was pretty much called a liar and said the truck would never leave the dealership that way. I am probably the most honest person you’ll ever meet. They are very dishonest and shady. Beware! More

Make sure when you buy a vehicle from them get you a mechanic to check out that vehicle before you buy it unless you don’t really care that much because the vehicle you’re about to buy looks really nice so you assume it’s in good condition. Nope ! They treat who they chose to treat with respect They basically sell nothing but polished turds. Oh and they overcharged me on my title transfer and registration then sent me a $20 overage check 😂 so someone stealing money ! It couldn’t be the DMV though right ! More

I was honestly going to buy a car in February as I had negative equity on my vehicle. My intent was to pay more each month until it went down. I told Charles this and he was honest with me. He said honestly, there is not much I can do about your negative equity on a used car. I knew this and that is why I said I would wait. He raised a good point though saying that I would still have to chase that amount as the car loses value day by day (basically the carrot on a stick scenario). He wasn’t steering me wrong because I did see this as well. The car was going down fast. When I arrived he had the car ready for me. He stood after hours to help and did not pressure me at all. I was very impressed with his patience as I was an hour late and very apprehensive On signing. We were able to reach lower monthly payments then I even thought I would have. Lowest APR I have ever had as well owning a vehicle. Best experience I have ever encountered buying a car. Really great people here. Coming back in a few month to pick the girlfriend up an X5.
