Best Service I've Ever Had from a Dealership I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
