The Works I went for my appointment for The Works package service. I was 10 minutes early and the person who greeted me told me they were already backed up and I went for my appointment for The Works package service. I was 10 minutes early and the person who greeted me told me they were already backed up and it will take approximately 20 minutes before they finished servicing my car. It took an hour and 15 minutes. Be ready for the waiting game. Overall I got that done early on my day and I was able to take advantage of the rest of my day. More

At first I wondered "how long I would be waiting and did I make a mistake. We waited in the lobby and 30 min later they called me to tell me my car was done. Was definitely impressed. So what did they do right? Smiles when I was greeted. I was INFORMED upfront that they were a bit behind, and still finished in what I thought was a reasonable time. with our without a delay. More
