Service Review Girl in front was Rude. I asked to ride with the mechanic so he could listen for the sound/clicking noise my vehicle was making. 4 hours later I was a Girl in front was Rude. I asked to ride with the mechanic so he could listen for the sound/clicking noise my vehicle was making. 4 hours later I was asked to return to do this very thing because the mechanic could not hear anything wrong. Of course when we went together he heard the noise and it was the rack and pinion. Only thing that brought me back was TIM. Someone needs to give Cara a serious lesson in customer service and how to speak to customers. I will not return for service. Bought 2 vehicles this month. But NO more service. More

Service at Veterans Ford I didn't have an appointment and the service dept. was slammed but you got me in anyway because it looked like my tire had separated on the sidewall. I didn't have an appointment and the service dept. was slammed but you got me in anyway because it looked like my tire had separated on the sidewall. After careful examination the technician found it to be a bad skuff and not a problem as I had suspected. They didn't want me driving on a damaged tire so that is why they put me through. After all that, it was discovered that there was a recall on the steering column bolt. Since my car was already there, they fixed that . All of this and they did it at no charge. Thanks Veterans Ford for a job well sone and for careing for your customers. More
