Veterans Ford Tampa - Service Center

False code My check engine light came on and the code for it was stating that it had a misfire, that was not the case. It actually needed some kind of update to the PCM, and because of that I ended up wasting my lunch break to drive from St. Petersburg to Tampa, having to rent a car because they don’t provide loaner cars because there shuttle only goes 10 miles away from the dealership. If I would have known this, I would have taken my car to my local ford dealership where they provide loaners or a shuttle that will take you anywhere in town. I brought my car to Veterans Ford because I bought the car there, but with the way things are ran there I think I will just start going to my local Ford dealership in St. Petersburg, they treat me right and I don’t have to spend extra money on things like rental cars just to get back to work while my car is getting serviced. More

Quick and easy. I called for an appointment the same day. All appointment's were taken but the service adviser told me to come in at 130pm for the fastest service on I called for an appointment the same day. I was there less than an hour and the price was competitive with no installation charge. And to my surprise there was $20 rebate from Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. More
