Honest up front and amazing to deal with. They don’t do this market adjustment BS. They don’t try to screw you on the trade and plain and simple they just want to sell cars. I normally always haggle and push for more from the trade but it was so easy to deal with them and pleasant I didn’t even want to. These guys get it and are doing it right. I’m so glad I walked out of Buss Ford and came here! Paid sticker with no pressure for add ons or extra crap. Can’t recommend them enough!!! More

Contacted on advertised car. Dealer emailed back that car is pre-sold order and is not for sale. I asked, "Why would you advertise a new car that is a customer order and will not be available to buy?" Did no is pre-sold order and is not for sale. Disappointment I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , " we don't have any ". So what am I supposed to do, sit here and twiddle my thumbs all day about a situation I am not responsible for? I would've never had this problem at the dealership in Barrington.
