Contacted on advertised car. Dealer emailed back that car is pre-sold order and is not for sale. I asked, "Why would you advertise a new car that is a customer order and will not be available to buy?" Did no is pre-sold order and is not for sale. Disappointment I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. So what am I supposed to do, sit here and twiddle my thumbs all day about a situation I am not responsible for? I would've never had this problem at the dealership in Barrington.
