Before purchasing the car everything was ok until I drove off the lot and noticed the salesperson scratched the front window tint multiple times taking off the sales paper that’s normally taped to the front off the lot and noticed the salesperson scratched the front window tint multiple times taking off the sales paper that’s normally taped to the front windshield when notifying the salesperson she told me there’s nothing she can do other than removing the tint which made no since at all that she scratched but couldn’t replace it, poor customer service. I also was promised a one time free oil change I went 2 days ago and was told they only offer that for new cars. More
