I had originally written a very negative review of this place and their staff. In my honest opinion, I was treated unprofessionally by a few of their staff with regards to my new vehicle purchase and issue place and their staff. In my honest opinion, I was treated unprofessionally by a few of their staff with regards to my new vehicle purchase and issues with it. I assume that the management read my review, as Sylvia, the guest relations manager reached out to me, and we discussed everything that was wrong with the vehicle. She had me bring the vehicle back in, and her, I and another gentleman walked around the vehicle. They asked me to leave it for a few days, which I did, and they said they would take care of it. As I was walking to my ride home, Tommy, one of the staff that I had an issue with, did personally apologize to me- this was very much appreciated. They actually kept the vehicle for 12 days, which I cannot be upset about. I was given updates every few days by Sylvia or Trevor (a service department employee). When I got it back, I could not hold back my smile- THIS was the vehicle I thought I was buying. I am only giving them 4 stars due to the original interaction, but this is the 3rd vehicle that I have boughten from them, and in a few years, I will go back for another. If you have any issues with this place, I'm telling you Sylvia goes above and beyond- Thank you very much to her. More

Tommy McMahon and Allen Valladares supposedly sold me a new car with 41 miles on the dashboard. But when I kept asking them what was the mileage on the car, they both assured and told me that it was 41 mil new car with 41 miles on the dashboard. But when I kept asking them what was the mileage on the car, they both assured and told me that it was 41 miles on the car's dashboard. So when I drove away and looked at the dashboard it said 241 miles on it and I kept asking them about that but they didn't listen nor responded to my questions. The two dealers both lied to get a sale off of me. You can go to Vegas and back and not have that many miles on the car. I don't travel that far to get 241 miles on the dashboard. My patients are in my house or live around me and it only takes 20 minutes to get to my church on Sundays. So those two salesmen lied to me about the miles on my car. And sold me a used car and not a new car. As I told Tommy Mcmahon how does he sleep at night doing what he does? He said he didn't. What goes around comes around and it will come back to you in unexpected ways. Give only what you don't mind getting back to you. I would give them a zero but I have to rate them something. Otherwise I wouldn't even give them a one star for how they've been treating me. More

3rd service visit. 1st Summer 2024. 3 day wait for oil change. Had it done elsewhere in 40 minutes. 2nd time oil on new Wrangler. Done in 45 minutes.
