My service advisor Bryan is great. However, all I needed on my last visit was a replacement light bulb for my center console. When it arrived from Michigan it turned out to be the wron However, all I needed on my last visit was a replacement light bulb for my center console. When it arrived from Michigan it turned out to be the wrong bulb, an overhead bulb, I believe. This was only discovered after they started to work on the vehicle and removed the old bulb. I don't know if the error was an ordering error by the dealer or a fulfillment error at the parts distribution center in Michigan. When the correct part arrives I will have to go to the dealer a second time. The first trip was a wasted 20 miles round trip and about an hour of my time. It will be interesting to see if the dealer offers me any compensation for someone's error. They say they have to partially remove or disassemble the console to replace the bulb. Their minimum labor charge is half an hour, even though it is probably a 10 minute job. More

Easy to make an appointment and service seemed decent. Staff was a little dry. Could be a little more friendly. Personally I don't agree with your policy to not be able to talk directly to the tech.
