I requested an appointment 11 days prior to my appointment date. I never heard from anyone but assumed my appointment was kept. I arrived and the man helping me explained that the online system ju appointment date. I never heard from anyone but assumed my appointment was kept. I arrived and the man helping me explained that the online system just requests an appointment, and it is not an actual appointment. He said they could work me in anyways which was great. However, I feel a little taken advantage of. The price I was charged for the service I received was very outrageous. I came in to have my tire pressure sensors looked at. I assumed it was probably just one that was out, but the man told me I should just do all 4 so I don’t have to come back in in a few months. I asked if they could just check which ones are out, and he again said I should just do all 4. He told me the price for one sensor was $111, $50 for the installation(of each one, so $200 for all 4) and $45 for tax. For all 4, it was over $600….i have no knowledge of vehicles and I felt pressured to replace all 4. My husband found the exact tire pressure sensors online by OEM, and they were $112 for a 4 pack. I honestly will not ever come back here for a service or part replacement. I expressed my concerns about the price when I came to pick up the car and he basically told me that this is the price and that’s that. So I felt like I had no other choice but to pay this. I left feeling very uneasy and like I was just taken advantage of. It’s so unfortunate because I try to so hard to support local shops but I just can’t get behind this one. I’d maybe suggest you train your employees to treat customers as they would treat their family members. I guarantee if I was someone’s wife or sister, they would have just checked for the sensor that was out, and replaced that one. More

The only comment I have is the incredibly high cost of this service. I did not bring the car in for a particular reason other than just a general service to be done on a four and a half year old vehicle this service. I did not bring the car in for a particular reason other than just a general service to be done on a four and a half year old vehicle with only 16,700 miles. I walked out with almost an $1100.00 bill. In my mind that was exorbitant and that is a concern of mine. I have to decide if it is worth driving to Petaluma from Santa Rosa for general maintenance or should I go locally to just a small private mechanic who uses GM parts. More
I just have to share this so Sonoma County is aware of this dealership. We are retired and didn’t have the 35,000 to fix her. Had to use credit cards. So, here is my experience of Victory Chevrolet in Pet this dealership. We are retired and didn’t have the 35,000 to fix her. Had to use credit cards. So, here is my experience of Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma. I bought a 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 turbo diesel mega cab from Victory Chevrolet of Petaluma for 35,000 dollars and only 117,000 miles on a Diesel engine. Salesmen said they went through it too to bottom and it was in perfect shape. Even gave me a printout of service history and inspection- though it took over an hour to print something that takes minutes. The car promptly broke down in the 1st 30 days and they refused to do anything. “ bought as is” went through all levels of management with same answer. Very nice, but no help. Had it towed to top shop in Sonoma county. 35,000 dollars later, she runs great. Shop took pictures of everything and I gave the receipts to Victory along with pictures and a letter from shop stating they couldn’t have missed the problems if they did the inspection they said they did. They still refused to help. I can say with confidence that either their mechanics are incompetent or they knew about the issues and said nothing. They also cleared the entire code history from computer which the shop stated is Never Done! They rely on that history to troubleshoot problems. One part that they couldn’t miss was 2500 dollars and the code was on when I left the dealer. They said, it is just the gas cap. But, diesels don’t have that problem! I didn’t know that being this was 1st diesel. I will never use them again! I will let you form your own opinion based on the facts that I have in writing. I even asked them to fix the obvious problems and they said no. The head guy ran the same game. So nice and yet said, “ Sorry, too much time has passed. “ that was because I had to go through 4 other people to get to him! I have never felt so ripped off in my life! More
Terrible experience. Was at the dealership shortly after a Tahoe was taken off the truck, was told the keys were not able to be located that I could buy the vehicle site unseen however if I didn’t like it u a Tahoe was taken off the truck, was told the keys were not able to be located that I could buy the vehicle site unseen however if I didn’t like it upon seeing it the next day I couldn’t back out. I could be there ten minutes till 9 am the next morning to start the buying process and the keys would be found and it would be sure to be “inspected.” As I was told I was there 10 before 9. See the vehicle start paperwork and in the middle, was told sorry I cannot sell this vehicle to you. Someone is coming from a couple hours away. Even though I was PHYSICALLY there signing paper work. This person that had not put a deposit down or done any paper work nothing had priority over me! This place was a joke and obviously picks and chooses who gets to buy their vehicles!! More
Unprofessional, ignorant, disastrous! Worst experience ever! Unprofessional, ignorant, disastrous, zero customer service! We had an appointment to check out a van we found online. Joey S Worst experience ever! Unprofessional, ignorant, disastrous, zero customer service! We had an appointment to check out a van we found online. Joey Sronce “sales professional” told us it was not available so he pulled up an other van. We checked it out, liked it, started discussing price and the purchasing process. After 30 or so minutes in, Joey realized the van HE pulled up for us was already sold. So WE - not Joey, just us, customers- went back outside to see what other options we had. We picked out an other van, checked it out and started the process all over again. And I’m saying started not continued because he kept asking the same questions over and over again even though he wrote down our response every time. They are charging $1599 for a Protection Packaging that includes eg. paintless dent repair, alloy wheel cosmetic repair (van has no alloy wheels), things we did not need but this package is not optional they add it to the price so we have decided to go to an other dealer with no useless additional charges. As soon as we left the parking lot Dimitrios called saying they wave the Protection Package fee. We got the same price so we decided to go back and buy the van from them. Over two and a half hours in they finally started to work on our financing. They have not asked once if we needed anything, water etc. An other hour later and a lot of back and forth them saying there was a freeze on my Equifax they realized they used the wrong ss number! An other 30 min later at about 7.30 pm and over 4 hours we spent there Dimitrios told us most lenders were off for the day so they continue it the next day. When we dared to ask a question they acted like you were bothering them. Joey called the next day saying loan is approved, all is ready let's meet. We went back at the time we agreed to, no paperwork was done, printed out - it took them almost 1.5 hours to do so. The van vas not detailed, not gased up and apparently not serviced as it was needed: tire pressure needed to be adjusted so Joey dropped the van of at their service line and he took off, went home. It took over 1.5 hours to set tire pressure and extremely rude, rude Troy service personnel to get it done even though we asked Dimitrios as well to put a rush on it which he did not. WE spent over seven hours to drive home with a dirty van! Oh and none of the employees were wearing masks! Think before you go there if it's worth for you to spend 7 hours to drive home with something they couldn’t wouldn’t even detail before they sell!! More
What a joke. I dealt with martein twice. He is so rude and gets mad when you catch him lying. When he called the first time he didn’t know I didn’t come down or even who I was. Then he called again asking and gets mad when you catch him lying. When he called the first time he didn’t know I didn’t come down or even who I was. Then he called again asking if we are moving forward. I told him nope we are looking at another dealer too. He got all upset. Then once that other dealer fell through I went back to that dealer and got him again. Told him what I was looking for. He said he could get it and call me back in 5mins. 1hr later he calls back very rude saying he was dealing with other customers and he can’t get my truck. He claimed he called all the dealers in 1500 miles. That wasn’t true. Then tried to up sell me on a different truck. When I told him no he became very rude. I thanked him and hung up with him. Will never be back. More
