I was not going to leave a review until I was asked for one. It is an understatement that I am not impressed with their performance or professionalism. I had been looking for at least 6 months for a part one. It is an understatement that I am not impressed with their performance or professionalism. I had been looking for at least 6 months for a particular Chevy Silverado 1500 RST truck with the accessories that I required. I was happy to find what I wanted and although the vehicle was in another State, I was willing to travel there to purchase it. We exchanged numerous phone calls, text messages, and e-mails inquiring about the condition of said vehicle. I asked if there were any issues and was told, No problems other than a small scratch/dent on the front fender which had been repaired, Very clean truck with no issues and no rust. I didn't see the two small dents until I got home. Everything seemed to be on the up and up, so I flew out there and went over all the paperwork. Looked at the Carfax report that showed 7 service records all were done at Victory. All scheduled maintenance. The report did not show transimmion work. So I went ahead with the purchase. Drove it home 400 Miles. Well, with less than 500 miles driven, the TRANSMISSION FAILED. The FIRST TRANSMISSION WAS ORIGINAL, the SECOND TRANSMISSION was installed with 18,639 miles on the odometer. I purchased the vehicle shortly after. That SECOND TRANSMISSION was replaced by Victory Motors and in no way was I informed about this TRANSMISSION FAILURE/REPLACEMENT, or I would have walked away from this sale. The only upside to the story is that after I was stranded on a major bridge spanning over Green Bay, I was towed to a reputable dealership there who informed me that the SECOND TRANSMISSION had been incorrectly installed. The THIRD TRANSMISSION was replaced by them, all under warranty. VICTORY MOTORS FAILED TO DISCLOSE TRANSMISSION FAILURE AND REPLACEMENT, EVEN THOUGH THEY REPLACED IT! This should be a major warning for anyone considering purchasing any vehicle from Victory Motors. I don’t know which is worse, the service department and their incompetency installing a transmission or the salesman who was either callow, ignorant, or just unethical. I have so much disdain when I think of Victory Motors and how their lack of common courtesy and ethics will affect the resale value of this vehicle. My experience with Victory Chevrolet has always been top notch. I actually drive 40 minutes to Milan to service my vehicle that happens to be the fourth truck I've purchased or leased from Victory...that sh notch.
