Very big bad experience. I bought a new car from this dealership three weeks ago. And With the parts guy. I wanted to pay for a part over the phone And he told me I couldn't Pay for it over the phone. Then I asked why can't i pay over the phone. Then he flipped out on me. He said Don't be talking bad about us. And there's other shops and dealerships You can take your car to get it fixed. we don't want your car here. Got off the phone call back.Wanted to talk to the person who's in charge of Victory Chevrolet.He didn't take my call.So I left my name and my number.And he never called back. Is not a friendly place. They don't know They don't know what good customer service is. More
