When I woke up last Thursday, I wasn’t intending to purchase a car that day. But I got a call from Victory since I had been looking at inventory online a few days before. So I went in and Joe Elliott became my sales person of the day. He did a great job from the moment I met him. I told him I was interested in another Equinox. My previous vehicle was a 2011 model. He showed me to the lot and asked if I’d like to test drive one. So I took one out and it was a great ride. I came back and I selected the color and features that I wanted in my new Equinox, especially that it be an all wheel drive model, with Sirius radio and Onstar. I decided to purchase a new one that was going to be at the dealership in a few days. I gave a deposit. On the following Saturday, the vehicle had arrived. Joe, got in the car with me and showed me where the various controls were inside the vehicle. He also paired my cell phone with the vehicle so I could call hands free. He called Onstar and set me up with them. All in all, I was very happy with Joe and with Victory Chevrolet. I purchased the car outright, so there was no need to finance it. More
