This was my first experience at a dealer ship, my mom set up the appointment and she was with me. Marking Daniels is the salesman we worked with. He was very nice, honest and kept it real with us, the opposite of what you hear about car salesman. Theresa was the lady we sat down with in financing. She was very helpful, nice and intelligent. Overall it was a good experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and appreciate Amanda, Marking, and Theresa for being good to my mother and I,professional and friendly is what to expect. Exactly what I asked for! I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I book I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with. More
