Lack of customer care and concern had me sitting in lounge hour past my car was done because no one cared I suppose . Friendly staff and super quick last week but didn’t notice the check engine light, so had to bring it back. $200 to diagnose it but would be applied to work done. 2 items were pointed out S needi notice the check engine light, so had to bring it back. $200 to diagnose it but would be applied to work done. 2 items were pointed out S needing done. 1-the air filter was completely dirty (my bad) and the other was something with the DEF system but it was passing at the time. So I chose to do the air filter and then a recommended transmission flush. When I went to pick it up, I was told the $200 didn’t apply because I didn’t do the DEF work. This was very deceiving and bad business practice, like the bait and switch. Doubt I will be back More

I bought a new to me, 2017 Chevy Silverado from this dealership, and also a bumper to bumper warranty to 125,000 miles, with included wheel and tire coverage for "any" defects. Problems began when my truck needed repairs that fall under the bumper to bumper warranty. My truck would consistently run >3,000 RPMS at 70+ mph, not normal. I took my truck to the dealership and was given a loaner car in the meantime until my truck was fixed. I needed a new engine sensor, which they stated was out of stock and they could not obtain within their network. I called around the KC metro and another Chevrolet location sent me a detailed list of all dealerships and Chevrolet parts warehouses that currently had the part I needed in stock. I called my original dealership back with this information and they stated they could get the part delivered from another dealership but I would need to cover shipping (+$450). If I did not want to take this route, I was told I would need to give the loaner vehicle back and continue driving my truck that was not functioning properly. After going through several rounds of discussion they were finally able to obtain a refurbished part, not new (it stated refurbished on the invoice) and get my truck operational again. Several months later (October 2024), one of my TPMS sensors was showing faulty, as well as one of my tires/rims consistently leaking air. I called to schedule service and paid my $100 deductible to have the one TPMS sensor replaced, and they replaced two of them to "help with the expense" of paying my deductible. However, upon further inspection of the faulty rim, they said the rim was not covered under my tire and wheel coverage as the rim was "corroded" (tire was in fine shape and not the cause of the issue) and I would need to purchase an entirely new rim at factory price, which I did not do. Fast forward 3 months to present day and another one of my TMPS sensors is showing faulty. I called the service department to schedule service and was told they could replace my two remaining TPMS sensors as long as I paid my deductible again. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this proposal as I was just in there a few months before, for the exact same problem, and they only replaced 1/2 of my TPMS sensors. After discussing with the Service Manager, Aaron, he stated that Victory would not "eat my $100 deductible" to replace the remaining two sensors. It seems that every time there is an issue with the >$40,000 truck I purchased, it's always a consistent hassle to reach a satisfactory resolution. Although solutions are available, you will likely be nickel and dimed for any repairs, which are only half done (see above example above of 2/4 TMPS sensors replaced). Save yourself the future headache and money by going to a different dealership. I will not purchase another vehicle from this establishment. Based on the other reviews I am reading on DealerRater, I am just one of many unsatisfied customers. I am typically not one to leave reviews bashing businesses, but I think it's very unethical of a dealership to sell you such an expensive vehicle and not stand behind their product. More

I never leave reviews, good or bad. I read a few and figured it was a fluke.. I was wrong. The customer service sucked. After driving 3.5 hours to pick up a $32k vehicle, it was obvious it had been wrecked and poorly repaired. THE DOOR WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR SHADE OF PAINT!! The manager and salesperson “couldn’t see it”. I’m colorblind and it’s obvious. Not to mention the melted holes in the dash and bondo that never got blended. I’d be happy to share pictures!! What a JOKE! I’ve never in my life ran across such crooked people. These people should be ashamed. I don’t know how they sleep at night. More
