Bought Jeep from this dealership and it came with a factory wiring but no hitch. I installed a hitch and then realized the lights needs activated by there computer to work. They refused to turn them factory wiring but no hitch. I installed a hitch and then realized the lights needs activated by there computer to work. They refused to turn them on because I didnt have them install the hitch. Why on earth do they put trailer wiring on it if they wont even activate it for you. Buyers beware More

Free oil change cost $52.00 When we purchased our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica it came with a Mopar® Vehicle Protection plan that had 3 free oil changes. We informed them that we were When we purchased our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica it came with a Mopar® Vehicle Protection plan that had 3 free oil changes. We informed them that we were using the Protection Plan Oil Change and they proceeded to change the oil. When we went to pick up the vehicle they claimed that the Protection plan was for conventional oil only and the up charge of $52.00 was for synthetic oil. Chrysler Recommends/requires the use of synthetic oil in the Pacifica so why would a "Protection Plan" not use the recommended/required oil. If the charge for going from conventional oil to synthetic oil is $52 why is there a current offer for Full synthetic oil change, Tire rotation and multi-point inspection for $59.95??? Will not be going back. More

Great service department I had my 2012 ram in for repairs and had to deal with a third party warranty company. Megan was awesome and as a service department team got the warra I had my 2012 ram in for repairs and had to deal with a third party warranty company. SERVICE DEPARTMENT VISIT I received outstanding service today from the start from Dale in the service department; not only were staff polite and neatly dressed, but, notice ho I received outstanding service today from the start from Dale in the service department; not only were staff polite and neatly dressed, but, notice how clean, neat and professionalize faculty and facility was, and, the atmosphere was welcomed.
