Overall good exprience and statisfied of my vehicle. I haven't purchased a car from a dealership in over a decade because of poor experiences with dealers in the past. The warranty offered on used cars was what brought me here. Excellent experience, the st decade because of poor experiences with dealers in the past. The warranty offered on used cars was what brought me here. Excellent experience, the staff wasn't pushy at all and instead of the usual "encouraging" me to look at vehicles beyond my means they helped me find a reasonably priced car, gave me a fair value on my trade in and helped secure financing. Overall the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had, I'm glad I walked in and gave it a shot. Very pleased! More

Ms. Georgia Bowen responded quickly to our initial email inquire with options based upon our vehicle requirements and desired options. Ms. Bowen then scheduled an on-site visit for test drives at our conve inquire with options based upon our vehicle requirements and desired options. Ms. Bowen then scheduled an on-site visit for test drives at our convenience - which by the way we ran somewhat late; but she waited patiently for us. Once we arrived, Ms. Bowen introduced us to salesman Mr. Ben Noe. Mr. Noe was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Noe also responded very quickly (even while out of town) to our follow-up questions. Mr. Noe then worked diligently to negotiate a price that was comparable to another vehicle we were considering. In the end, we decided the vehicle from this dealership was the best for us and we proceeded accordingly with the purchase. The Financial Manager also provided outstanding customer support by explaining what ALL those forms we were signing meant. I would definitely consider Victory in future vehicle quests and would recommend others to do the same. Regards, More

Victory was above my expectations from the first phone call when I spoke to Savannah Langley about the Used Ford for sale that I ended up purchasing to the way I was personally greeted by Savannah upon a call when I spoke to Savannah Langley about the Used Ford for sale that I ended up purchasing to the way I was personally greeted by Savannah upon arriving at the dealership. She was super sweet and made me feel welcomed. Ben Noe did a great job showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. I appreciated the fact that he did not come across as your "typical car salesman", he was never pushy, disrespectful or condescending to me. I received a great deal on my trade-in and Ben got me the interest rate and monthly car payment I was wanting, thanks Ben. Kim Kernop, in finance, was very down to earth, super nice and did a wonderful job of explaining the mound of paperwork I had to sign. As a woman, who has bought several cars over the years by myself, Victory gave me one of my best car buying experiences I've had to date. I was convinced I was going to have to travel out of state to find a commercial truck. Jerry Payne had several vehicles that met the requirements I had.
