The total experience of buying our 2009 Jeep Wrangler was excellent. We shopped online and found the vehicle we were looking for.The salesman was prompt in communicating with us and the vehicle appeared ex excellent. My ignition switch locked on my car and I could not shut my car off, I live in Columbiana, so I drove to Victory Chev which is the closest dealership to me, of course I was an emergency walk-in and there we my car off, I live in Columbiana, so I drove to Victory Chev which is the closest dealership to me, of course I was an emergency walk-in and there were people ahead of me but I was there approx 2 to 2 1/2 hours but he kept checking with me I had a comfortable place to wait and free coffee to drink and tv to watch and it was totally covered under my warranty which was a relief because I was broke, so I was thrilled with my service there and they were very nice. I had visted several other dealerships in the area, and did not get a good response fr had in purchasing our car at Victory Automotive in Calera, Al. My husband found the 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 online and loved it and as we have had it for a week now it was the truck he has been waiting on. We were very pleased with the way Mike was willing to go abov loved it and as we have had it for a week now it was the truck he has been waiting on.
