I traveled to Victory GMC from McCalla to specifically look at a used Mazda 5 I had seen on your Web site. The "scheduled" salesman was tied up but had made prior arrangements for Scott Gassner to assist look at a used Mazda 5 I had seen on your Web site. The "scheduled" salesman was tied up but had made prior arrangements for Scott Gassner to assist me. Scott was totally helpful and seemed to have checked out the vehicle prior to my arrival and knew how the bells and whistles operated. (Since this was not a GMC vehicle, I appreciated that he had taken a little time with that.) The vehicle had a dent in front bumper which was totally cosmetic, but Scott made sure it would be repaired prior to completion of the sale. He was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the "buying" experience. He followed up by phone about financing and the repairs and the vehicle was ready when he said it would be. He also followed up by phone several days later to make sure I was satisfied. I would add that I had looked at a Mazda 5 that was several years older and a little higher mileage at another dealership, but not only did Victory seem to offer a betterf price considering the newer model with less miles, Victory far surpassed the other dealer in professionalism. All around a good experience. More

I have brought a Vibe & two GMC Canyon Pick-up's a 2005 & a 2008 in on a recall by General Motors, in the last few weeks. The Vibe was wrote up by Denise (some body) it turned out to be a disaster. We received excellent treatment & it was obvious that the dealer team values our business. Our only complaint is the seatbelt arrangement in the 2nd seat of our new Acadia and has nothing to do with the d dealer team values our business. We had searched several dealers before finding Victory GMC. One we met Mike, our salesman, we were through looking.
