When I called on Sat Sept 19 about my low pressure light being on, I was told that I could get an appointment for Sept 29 at 5pm. When I called Honda on mon, the lady said I could bring it in without an app being on, I was told that I could get an appointment for Sept 29 at 5pm. When I called Honda on mon, the lady said I could bring it in without an appointment, so I brought it in that day. It is too bad that I got 2 different responses for help with my car. I hope this will improve.⁹ More

My car failed to start when I was out It took 2 phone calls and I was told everyone in service was too busy. That they'd call me back and then when someone did call me back, they gave me a number for a t calls and I was told everyone in service was too busy. That they'd call me back and then when someone did call me back, they gave me a number for a tow truck that didn't seem to be in service. I found my own tow Service. The vehicle was jumped I and I got it to the dealership at 2:30 Because it had been jumped, it obviously was not able to be tested so I had to leave it overnight. I was told they retest in the am and the problem was fixed in good time More
