Mechanics are great, service writers awful. When I made the appointment the person on the phone was great. I needed an oil change and had an emergency drivers side window fail. When I arrived fo When I made the appointment the person on the phone was great. I needed an oil change and had an emergency drivers side window fail. When I arrived for my appointment the greeter acted like she had no idea who I was or what I needed. Then instead of talking about my car problem she started telling me about the 49.00 charge for them to look at my problem. Well I had no window (regulator failed) so I'm pretty sure I can't drive without a window so talking about 49.00 was irritating. After inspecting my car a different person came to talk to me. Again all about price didn't explain whys or what's. I have been going to Bosak Honda for years, I trust the mechanics so of course went with their recommendations. I would appreciate knowledgeable people speaking to me about my car service. This did not happen. I had to google what parts I was getting when I returned home. As a loyal customer who values Hondas I have to say communication was awful. There was no explanation of why work needed to be performed. More
