The employees are not friendly. At least ten employees walked by, they didn't smile or say hello and with the look on their faces, I didn't bother saying hello either! I was very pleased with the service and attention I received from my salesperson, Shawn Adams...as well as surprised when, unbeknownst to him, he showed me the very same Honda Accord that I had researched on-line! After a test drive, I ended up leaving the dealership with a lease for my new Accord within hours of stopping in at Bosak Honda.
