The staff was very friendly and helpful during the process. Everything for the most part went well and in a timely fashion. The one area of improvement would be that the technicians could do a much be process. Everything for the most part went well and in a timely fashion. The one area of improvement would be that the technicians could do a much better job resetting the system after having an oil change performed. We had to return to have them reset the vehicle as the check engine light was on and telling us that we still needed an oil change. The advisor indicated that this does happen from time to time. This was not the first time that the reset was not performed at the time of service. Other than that, we have had very good experience with the service department. More
