I believe the techs are doing a good job, but the people where you drop off your car for oil changes etc could use a lesson in customer service. It never fails, every time I bring in my car I have to wait 10 min before anyone acknowledges me. They all look down at whatever they’re doing and don’t say hi, be with you shortly or anything. It’s like they are hoping someone else will take you. This has been a problem for years, and now that my car’s service contract is up, I’ll be going elsewhere for maintenance and repair. Additionally, I’ve heard sales has gone downhill this year. A friend of mine is trying to buy a new pilot but said they keep yanking her around and sold the car she was going to buy. More
