My car leaves Victory Honda in worse shape than it arrived. I am pretty sure that they swap out parts they need from cars in for service and put worn, damaged, or questionable parts on unsuspecting c arrived. The only reason I went there was for a recall, and that was a mistake. I trust them zero stars. I never will visit Victory Honda again. Specifically, my car left with a faded and partially cracked headlight lens that was fine when I last washed the car. Previously my brakes were fine and after service they pulsated like the rotors were warped. I have no proof of these claims, but I am not going to wait for a third issue to appear. More

Had a bad experience buying a car at this dealership! I would stay away from the saleman name John Moreno. He lied to me about all the add ons saying they already come with the car and they cant take it I would stay away from the saleman name John Moreno. He lied to me about all the add ons saying they already come with the car and they cant take it off. I paid over 7k for all these vehicle service contracts. Overpriced in my opinion. Come to find out they were all optional. I was able cancel most of these vehicle service contracts. Nice dealership but definitely stay away from John Moreno. More
