Victory Honda of Morgan Hill - Service Center

Prices are much higher in Morgan HIll then other Honda dealerships. I go there only for convenience. Every time I have had my car serviced there, it has always taken longer than what time frame was give dealerships. I go there only for convenience. Recently parts needed to be ordered and were promised the next day, I brought the car back the next morning only to find the parts were not in yet. No phone call to alert me, and I had to take time off to get car there. I undestand some things are very subjective depending on the situation, however, overall I have not had good experiences at Victory Honda of Morgan Hill. I am looking to upgrade my Honda Pilot, as I have been a Honda owner my whole life, love Honda cars, however now I am considering a different car so I do not have to rely on Victory Honda of Morgan hill to service my car. To have a last positive comment, people are very nice and kind, and store/service area was very clean. More

I think they finally fixed a failed transmission by replacing the whole unit. It actually took three tries. The first time they replaced a sensor. The second time they replaced the torque converter. replacing the whole unit. It actually took three tries. The first time they replaced a sensor. The second time they replaced the torque converter. The third time they replaced the whole transmission. All three were performed using the extended warranty and Honda Care for towing. One star is missing because the first two service technicians either didn't correctly diagnose the problem or performed the repair incorrectly which caused the transmission to fail for the third time.
