It took a whole hour before a service personnel to process my car. I was told it would take 2 hours to have a simple oil change (20k) done. I trusted the estimate and waited the duration but it is still not done nearly 3 hours later. It’s now closing in on 4 hours (not including the drive time to the location). They eat up your time without any consideration. Don’t go to them. They’re untrustworthy. More

We purchased a brand new car from victory honda San bruno, we were promised a high quality customer service after buying. But what happened is totally against that. We found lying and misleading. bruno, we were promised a high quality customer service after buying. But what happened is totally against that. We found lying and misleading. We dropped off our brand new car off there to check a rattle and what cause it, then my wife received a car with big a crack on the windshield glass, the car had no crack on before the dropp off, we talked to the service manager he claimed that it was there before and they didn't drive the car outside the parking lot, how is that possible and the mileage increased by 6 miles, and how they examined the claim if they didn't drive it .at the end they didn't take any responsibility and that will cost us 2000 $ or more to replace the windshield glass More
Called to schedule service appointment for a basic oil change service - asked how much and was told $84.95. Appointment set and went in for service at scheduled time. First the advisor tries to up-sell change service - asked how much and was told $84.95. Appointment set and went in for service at scheduled time. First the advisor tries to up-sell a $700 list of service items (that were almost all inspection items, along with replace an air filter, lube door openings and add fuel additives) like its all badly needed, all without even looking at the car first. I tell him the appointment was for a basic oil change service ONLY, and then its 113.95 (still high very an oil change service, even in the Bay Area). Then he said he "unchecked everything" and its 99.95 for the oil change. This place USED to be good in previous years (I used this dealership over the past 8 years), but now I would recommend avoiding this dealership for any service your Honda vehicle. 100% disappointed and this dealership should be shut down the way they run business now. There is no more honest and integrity left at this dealership. More
Can't speak to the sales dept, but service is as bad as it gets. Rude service people and terrible service. Huge disappointment after being a customer of Grace (prior owner) and even a customer of Victory it gets. Rude service people and terrible service. Huge disappointment after being a customer of Grace (prior owner) and even a customer of Victory since they assumed ownership. I can only speak about the service department, and recommend that you take your car somewhere else. More

We currently live more than 60 miles from the Honda dealership but purchased the maintenance service when we purchased the SUV. After picking up the car and driving home we did not notice anything wrong with the car until we went to use the car the following morning and found a large pool of oil on the garage floor. They did not put back the Oil Cap on the engine which caused the oil to back flow onto the engine and engine hood. We took the car back to the dealership and the lack of interest in the problem by the service department was first sign of a problem. I had to call in Sales Manager to get them to clean the car. They only cleaned oil on the engine and did not clean anything on the engine hood. When the salesman, Andre who sold us the CRV a year before looked under the hood. I had to warn him that oil was still dripping down and not to put his head to far in otherwise he would get oil on his head and back. The smell of the burnt oil was still present. I was told by the service department people there on Sunday that the the actual Service Manager would call me on Monday to discuss this issue. I've never received a call or email from the Dealership. We did end up working on a deal for swap of our 2018 CRV for a 2019 CRV because of my concern for engine damage after this incident. But after a few emails to Andre I still have never received any type of call or email from the dealership. I find this type of Customer Service to be slap in the face to anyone who is using this Service department for servicing of your car. I will be taking this CRV to another own dealership to finish off my service contract. The owner has a Toyota dealership down the street in which I have found the service department to be very good and helpful. Brian More
never again I bought a CRV in 2013,at that time the sales manager explained they are starting a new oil express service so I bought the pre paid package. My first I bought a CRV in 2013,at that time the sales manager explained they are starting a new oil express service so I bought the pre paid package. My first time there I was refused service and told I needed an appointment. My second time there after 2 hours I complained to one of the staff in the garage and was laughed at and the guy suggested I get a lawyer . .The usual wait over the years has been 2 to 3 hours. This morning I called for an a appointment Also my tire pressure warning light is on, speaking to a very rude person I was told I can come in Thursday. .I explained I'm 70 years old a need the tire looked at at which time I was told take Thursday or I won't give you an appointment until next week..I will never buy another car or do any business at all with this dealership.BTW there was never plans for an express oil change service it was a complete lie. I was told I can take my car to Any “Honda” dealer and am covered for 2 years. Thn I called to varify the service department the service manage gives a attitude of my car was not new. I have a 2016 Honda which is year and half old. They have no skills of be honest at first bad customer service they beg to sell you their cars then treat you to this level. More
