Alex, the Service Director, runs a fantastic team, and Phay, my Service Advisor, is excellent at keeping me updated throughout the process. I also really appreciate the video walkthroughs provided by the technicians—they’re super helpful and give complete transparency about the work that’s been done and the condition of wear-and-tear items. Overall, the consistent, high-quality service and attention to detail make Victory my go-to dealership. Highly recommended! More
