The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but terrible at communicating. I've called five times over the last three days to find out when I could come get my car. I took my car in for an oil change and software update for recalls. They said it would take a couple of hours and asked me to wait in the lobby. After two hours, they said it would be another 45 min. It ended up taking them 5 hours to do the software update. If they had been realistic from the start about how long it was going to take I could have gone in to work and not squandered my entire day at the dealership. More
