Friendly staff who were professional and treated me with dignity and respect. They gave me a timeframe in which my car would be ready, and they finished ahead of schedule and sent me a video of what they ha dignity and respect. Overall good service. I had made an appointment specifying what services I needed done. I reached out on the day the service was supposed to be complete asking for an eta I had made an appointment specifying what services I needed done. I reached out on the day the service was supposed to be complete asking for an eta so I could be there in time to receive the vehicle. About 2 hours before the vehicle was supposed to be done, I got a call stating that they did not have the part in stock and it would need to stay in the shop another day. They were nice enough to provide a discount that covered Ubers to and from work while the car was in the shop. The only reason why I didn’t give 5/5 stars was because I wish they had checked to make sure they had all appropriate parts before giving me the initial estimated completion time. More
