They had all of the necessary parts which another dealer didn't to perform the under warranty replacement. Easy to schedule, great service, kept me updated throughout. didn't to perform the under warranty replacement. Easy to schedule, great service, kept me updated throughout. More

Great service once I arrived (although I had to wait at least 10 min since they were short-staffed). I also appreciate the video of the multipoint inspection. More
The service I received in 5/13/25 was not done correctly: my Mazda 3 alignment was set to that of a CX-5. When Hamdi gave me the final paperwork & bill it included 2 colored printouts of the alignment ‘diagn my Mazda 3 alignment was set to that of a CX-5. When Hamdi gave me the final paperwork & bill it included 2 colored printouts of the alignment ‘diagnosis’ & adjustment. He didn’t take time to go over it slowly w/me nor did I look closely at it b4 leaving the service counter. If he & I had spent adequate time reviewing it, we would’ve realized the mechanic’s mistake (CX-5 vs Mazda3) and the alignment could’ve been corrected right then and there. This would’ve saved me the time & trouble of having to return several days later for a new appointment to get this problem fixed. I recommend that the service advisor thoroughly review all paperwork with the customer to make sure they understand & that their questions are answered. More
