The stereotypical "used car" salesman. I paid cash for a truck and asked if it was strong enough to travel across country and was told yes. That it had gone through a mechanical review from the shop down the street but they maintained no records. Let's go through everything I've found since owning the truck for 3 weeks. The windshield wipers had no rubber on them, they are controlled by a jerry-rigged switch for power. There was a cable set dangling under the drivers side tire (they zip-tied it to the frame). The TPI light was on, he aired the tire and said it would even out after driving it for a few miles..it didn't, the TPIs are broken. There was only miles of fuel left in the tank, the ad said it was 212K...turns out it was 215k miles. The cowl between the hood and windscreen is broken and rattles the whole time. Other parts of the truck rattled because they were disconnected from their positions. The rear light carrier has a hole in it. Bulbs all over were out. The only thing I did right was buy the warranty that covers the truck. Turns out one of the two turbos is the reason for the engine light being on. Ford said it will be $3000.00 to repair it, I'm waiting to see if it is covered or not. I paid $10K for the truck, I put $2500, changing fluids and fixing what I could and now the truck will cost me $15000.00 for a 2012 xxx. Sadly, most people don't read these until it is too late. Avoid this place like the plague! I was told this truck passed inspection, if I knew who "inspected" the car is the last place I would take my truck. I'm pretty sure the 5 stars these guys have gotten are fake accounts, this place sucks! More
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Victory would not even allow us to take the vehicle to our mechanic in Loveland that has been servicing our vehicles for four decades for a pre-purchase inspection and drive it to E to take the vehicle to our mechanic in Loveland that has been servicing our vehicles for four decades for a pre-purchase inspection and drive it to Estes Park to ensure the vehicle would make it up our driveway - citing concerns that it would be driven over 60 miles and that their temp plates are "only good during business hours." Staff would not return calls and we had to call them back simply to get questions answered. We were cash buyers and would have purchased the vehicle within a couple of business days. What else are you hiding, Victory? Your reviews on this site say it all!!! (2.x stars average) More
My husband found his dream truck, so we drove an hour down the road to go look at it. He fell in love, and was ready to purchase. We traded in our truck, which was running in fantastic condition and they down the road to go look at it. He fell in love, and was ready to purchase. We traded in our truck, which was running in fantastic condition and they got the better end of this deal FOR SURE. We were reminded that the truck is ‘as is’, and when I asked about some sort of assurance, and was again reminded of the as is, I should have seen the red flag. When the salesman was moving the truck, I noticed a reverse light out, he said bring it back in and we will swap it out, oh ok well that’s nice I thought. And since they do not accept personal checks, we brought a cashiers check back the next day. They changed the light and off we went. Realized the next day, the light is still out. Why would they say they changed the light bulb when they clearly DID NOT? And also the AC was not blowing cold. Decided to bring it to a reputable mechanic. Turns out it needed a new compressor, oil pan and oil lines leaking, both replaced, transfer case, ball joints, tie rods, the list goes on. Almost 8 grand later our truck was drivable. And the smell, can’t get rid of the smell. Possibly from the leaking AC? We will not be returning to this place, and would NEVER recommend them. We always buy used vehicles, and this by far, is the worst condition any of them have ever been in. Bring a mechanic, or take the vehicle to one, before purchasing from Victory Motors. Buyer beware! Do not purchase a vehicle from Victory Motors of Colorado. We thought we had purchased a great vehicle and the salesperson was fine to work with. We purchased a 2021 Subaru WRX in August 2025 for ou Colorado. We thought we had purchased a great vehicle and the salesperson was fine to work with. We purchased a 2021 Subaru WRX in August 2025 for our son. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty and we added the extended. Approximately 700 miles/3 weeks after my son took it to college the clutch began squeaking. My husband had him take it to the Subaru dealership near him and they reported that they would need to take apart everything to assess the clutch. Once they had taken apart the car, they sent pictures of the clutch, which are attached. My husband reached out to Victory Motors and talked with Jordan Fisher. He stated that it was a wear and tear issue and our 18 year must have ruined the clutch because he was an incompetent clutch driver. Our son has been driving a clutch since he received his permit and drove his previous 14 year old Mazda for 3 years with zero clutch issues. Jordan stated that we would have to bring the vehicle to their shop to have it assessed but ultimately it was not their responsibility as we purchased the vehicle "as is". As the clutch had already been taken a part it did not seem like a wise financial decision to have Subaru put it back together to take it to a dealership that had become untrustworthy in our opinion. We asked for the dealership to reimburse 1/2 of the cost and Jordan said that would not be fair to his company. After several heated discussions with my husband, Jordan offered $500 in exchange for my husband to issue a written apology, remove his Google Review and sign an affidavit stating we would not post any more negative reviews of their business. Today- 9/13, exactly one month after purchasing the vehicle, we learned the battery is also bad. If you decide to purchase from here, you should definitely have an independent mechanic check out the vehicle. We have learned our lesson and will no longer trust that a business has the customer's safety and best interests in mind. More
Please avoid Victory Motors. Initially, we had a great experience. We bought a Subaru WRX from them. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty. W Initially, we had a great experience. We bought a Subaru WRX from them. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty. We opted into the extended warranty as well. Approximately 200-300 miles after my son took it to college the clutch began squeaking. I had him take it to the local dealership who said they needed to do a tear down to look at the clutch to give recommendations. I reached out to Subaru, who refused to help saying the clutch is a wearable part. I reached out to victory motors and was told that my son likely ruined the clutch because he is 18 years old and who knows what he’s done with the vehicle. Then the manager, Jordan, accused me of lying because the vehicle had 700 miles since the time of purchase when the clutch was replaced. Jordan said the only way he would help me is if I brought the vehicle back to him, which I tried to explain was not feasible. I asked for Victory Motors to pay half of the repair costs which they declined as it was not fair to “Jordan’s Company”. My hope is that this post saves someone else from having to go through the same agist abuse that we have. Go to a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell. More

BUYER BEWARE. .. On January 25, 2025, I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Victory Motors. This vehicle was meant to be a replacement for my 19-year-old son's car, .. On January 25, 2025, I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Victory Motors. This vehicle was meant to be a replacement for my 19-year-old son's car, which was totaled by a reckless driver. Prior to finalizing the purchase, I requested an inspection of the vehicle from an independent repair shop. Brandon, our salesperson, arranged for the vehicle to be inspected at Big-O Tires. The inspection report indicated no issues, as all areas were marked green. Subsequently, I proceeded with the purchase and opted for a 3-year Alpha Warranty for $2,199, based on Brandon's assurance that it provided "bumper-to-bumper" coverage at any Ford dealership. However, I would strongly advise caution when considering the Alpha Warranty offered by Victory Motors, as it has proven to be ineffective. Here's why... Less than two weeks after the purchase, the vehicle experienced a loss of acceleration power, excessive front-end vibration, and a loud screeching sound. On February 11th, we took the vehicle to Brighton Ford for a thorough inspection, where they identified several significant issues: the water pump was leaking and had failed, the front-end link and axle shaft thrust washers were malfunctioning, and the motor mounts were worn out. According to Brighton Ford, these problems should have been detected during a basic pre-purchase inspection, as they had been present for quite some time. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the initial inspection performed by Big-O Tires in Longmont. Either the inspection was inadequately conducted, improperly reported, or Brandon did not provide an honest assessment. Regardless, we are left with the consequences. The total cost for repairs amounted to $3,999.74. The "bumper-to-bumper" warranty covered only the water pump ($2,084), leaving all other issues uncovered. The repairs took 14 days to complete, and unfortunately, the issues did not end there... On February 25, we picked up the Explorer, but shortly after, white smoke began pouring from the tailpipe, and the vehicle stalled right in front of our home. We contacted Brighton Ford, who promptly sent a flatbed to tow the vehicle (Ford covered the cost of the tow). The following day, Brighton Ford informed me that they had identified faulty fuel injectors and noted that the oil appeared to have not been changed in a very long time. This raised a serious concern, as it should be standard practice for a dealership to complete basic services before selling a vehicle. The cost for these repairs came to an additional $1,657. But no need to worry—I have a warranty, right? WRONG. Unfortunately, the warranty that Brandon sold me did not cover these necessary repairs. At this point, I’m not entirely surprised by the ongoing issues. When I purchased the Explorer, the total cost came to $14,199, including the warranty. To date, I have incurred $5,656.74 in repair expenses. I have not yet addressed the motor mount issue, as the cost for that repair is an additional $1,800—funds I currently do not have due to being unemployed for the past 13 months. Another representative from Victory Motors reached out, offering to save me some money on the motor mount repairs if I used his recommended shop. However, what should have happened is that I should have been given the option to return the vehicle or have Victory Motors cover some of the repair costs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The advice I have for anyone is the same I'll give all my friends in Longmont, Avoid Victory Motors. By the way, I am more than willing to share all of my repair invoices with anyone who would like to review them. More
First I wanna start with the incident with our car has nothing to do with the dealership. Me and my wife found a 2916 KIA Sorento that she fell in love with. When we went and looked at the car Brandon was nothing to do with the dealership. Me and my wife found a 2916 KIA Sorento that she fell in love with. When we went and looked at the car Brandon was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us informed throughout the whole deal. After the sale was complete we began our journey home first stopping at my parents to show off my wife's new car. Unfortunately not to long after that the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Brandon and he helped me with the issues. I took it back to the dealership the following day and Jordan the manager took it to their shop. They were able to help fix the problem in a timely manner as well as the up most professional customer services. Jordan and his team are beyond amazing and I definitely will recommend them to all friends and family looking for a new car. More
