Salesman do not care about your needs as a customer. Not to mention, when I mentioned another vehicle that was at a $1,000 lower price, he looked at me and goes “Well go buy that one then”. Extremely rude way to treat a customer and I can’t help but think it was because i was a young female. Do better, and do not shop here. More

I Blue booked it and it was worth $8,000. “LUPE”, was the dealer and kept saying they don’t make any money off of these vehicles and wouldn’t budge on the price at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Absolute garbage humans trying to scam you. The epitome of a car salesman being kind but being a sketchy. More

Salesperson and manager were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and showing us various vehicles we were interested in. There was no pressure put on us, and they did not seem in a hurry. Was a very sketchy experience almost seemed like they wanted to dump a unreliable and poorly maintained car. They talked big game about how they know the market even though all their trucks were priced t wanted to dump a unreliable and poorly maintained car. They talked big game about how they know the market even though all their trucks were priced the same $23,000 or around there. All the way from a truck from 97 to a 2010 all the same price for some reason. Seemed very sketchy I would never buy a car from them. More
I bought a 2000 Toyota Tacoma from Victory Motors on 10-17-20 with 160,442 miles on the odometer. It now has 160,539 so I haven't even put 100 miles on it yet. Within the last few months it started to 10-17-20 with 160,442 miles on the odometer. It now has 160,539 so I haven't even put 100 miles on it yet. Within the last few months it started to have trouble starting but it would eventually turn over after a few starts. I took it into a local mechanic to get it checked out and had him do a used car inspection since I was there and to be thorough. He found that the battery was almost completely drained of the fluid inside and so the electrical connection was bad. The battery was definitely several years old and in bad shape. There was also a TON of corrosion build up on the positive terminal. The mechanic recommended that I buy a new battery for it instead of paying him to do it so I knew he was being a straight shooter with me. He also found that the radiator needed servicing with the anti freeze being no good so I had him do a flush and new fluid put in. I then went to Advance Auto and bought a new battery. The guy there replaced the battery for me and it took him about 20 minutes to get the terminal off since it was so heavily corroded. I even had to get a new terminal since the old one broke due to being so deteriorated. I got the truck home and the problem seemed to be fixed. However, after a few days when I went to start it again it was completely dead and wouldn't even turn over. I had to have a mechanic do an on-site visit since I couldn't get it started and I didn't want to tow it. After running some diagnostics, he determined it needed a new starter. I then bought a starter online thru Advance Auto and had him replace it a couple weeks later. The starter that he pulled out was not the original Denso starter that would've been in that year and model of Toyota so it had been replaced already with some lesser quality brand of starter. Also, it had been banged on a lot (probably by a previous owner who had a method of banging on it in order to get it started). As I was driving it the other day, the weather got a bit warm so I turned on the A/C but no cool air was coming out at all so it looks like that needs servicing, too. Anyway, that was kind of the last straw for me and I now feel like I was sold a vehicle that was not inspected and/or serviced properly by Victory Motors before putting it up for sale despite being assured by the salesperson that it had been. As it is, I feel like I paid a premium for this truck at over $7K OTD and now I'm into it another $700 and that's not even factoring in fixing the A/C, which could easily run another couple hundred to several hundred dollars. Anyway, I don't really expect Victory to do anything about this since there was no warranty and well "buyer beware" but I at least wanted to bring this to their attention so they're aware of it and give them a chance to respond. I emailed them all of this info back on 4-24-21 and no response almost 2 weeks later, which is just plain bad business. Therefore, I'm posting this negative review since it's really my only "recourse" and to warn other consumers. More
