After getting my first car, within first month engine system service kept popping up, thermostat was bad, needed $2300 worth of repairs already. The cars are priced way to expensive. 2 cars that I test d system service kept popping up, thermostat was bad, needed $2300 worth of repairs already. Would not recommend unless you’re trying to over pay and put way more money into the car than it’s even worth. Guy I worked with was super nice and very helpful. Arrogant “Take it or Leave it” Attitude Difficulty getting them to agree to repairs. Followed by difficulty getting them to accept a cash transaction (they will not put more than $1500 on a Difficulty getting them to agree to repairs. Ultimate difficulty with paperwork that provides a level of comfort/protection for the customer. They claim to be good to their word, but the paperwork puts the customer at their mercy if an issue comes up and financing isn't completed by an assigned time (e.g. $100/day, $0.99/mile and damages without a form providing a baseline for preexisting damages). In the end they mandated that I sign the paperwork without alterations as they accused me of attempting to "reinvent the wheel." They have an arrogant "take it or leave it" attitude IMHO. More

They sold me a truck with broken A/C and non functioning 4 wheel drive. They glued the fuel door shut since it was broken and wouldn’t stay shut otherwise. The glue ended up dripping down the side of the vehicle and left a residue which ruined the paint. I made the mistake of purchasing their overpriced warranty at $3000. Surprisingly this warranty saved me as I’ve had to fix roughly $5000 worth of parts. Extremely unsatisfied! More

Nick & Matt took care of us Bought a 2004 F250 that ended up needing significant work within a few hundred miles- not something that could have been predicted. When additional issues cropped up with the truck, Matt had me bring it in and he fixed the AC unit and 4x4 for no charge. Good guys willing to assist even though the vehicle was obviously “used” and didn’t carry any warranty. Will use them again. More
