Flew down from NJ, was picked up at the airport. They had all the paperwork done, the car prepped with ceramic coasting clean and ready to go. Easy to deal with fair and honest pricing. This is one very special car and not for the weak of heart. Thanks again. More

The best car buying experience ever !!! It started when I was in my wife's old car with her driving us home and she said " Are you hungry? ". I said " A little. " She said " Let's It started when I was in my wife's old car with her driving us home and she said " Are you hungry? ". I said " A little. " She said " Let's go to the car dealership ! " I thought that was odd, but she saw a car she really liked parked at the gas station earlier. Her current car is 11 years old with over 250K miles on it. She is due for a newer one. She took me to Hart Nissan, because the family has four Nissans parked in front of the house already. Shawn Tyner approached us as we looked around the lot. My wife chose the car she wanted, when I told Shawn he had the car detailed and ready for us when we came to close the deal. The rest is history, the experience was as I have titled the post. Kevin Anderson handled the finance potion of the transaction and we both give them and the dealership 5 stars !! More

I found that the personnel were great, however, I do not like one Nissan’s policy’s. I am available to give my disgruntlement. I am sure it would help many potential sales. Demond was awesome! I made a phone call inquiring about the different models of a certain vehicle. Explained to Demond what i was looking for and looking to trade in. I was even more surprised that he remembered the vehicle i was inquiring to trade and knew it was me before even having a conversation. That’s what you call customer service!!!
