Ed was extremely upset how my husband I were treated by his staff. He listened, apologized and made a bad situation awesome! He was very personable and sat down with us and listened to the situation we w his staff. He listened, apologized and made a bad situation awesome! He was very personable and sat down with us and listened to the situation we went through with others. We had an appointment that went sour and lasted over 3 hours. From the salesman to the manager...no one asked very pertinent information or even sat with us and chit chatted about the deal. We were in the dark and were only told the bank and manager were working the deal. What deal...what details? You don't ask...you don't obtain information you need to know! Thank you Ed for listening and asking the right questions. I was treated with respect from Ed...not like a number or a dog! Ed fixed the problem and never lied! Recommend....recommend!!! More
