Chris is a true professional, who is super informative and listens to the needs of his client. At no time did I feel any pressure from Chris and in fact he made me feel at home. Showing my a number of different Rouge S & SV options, which is the specific model that brought me there in the first place. At no point did I feel like Chris was trying to up sell me on any packages or accessories that I was not interested in or asked about.
