Poor Customer Service after the Sale On 08/23/2019, I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul + from Hart Nissan. At the time of the purchase, I was ok with the service of Ron Legette (Sales) and Ken On 08/23/2019, I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul + from Hart Nissan. At the time of the purchase, I was ok with the service of Ron Legette (Sales) and Ken Johnson (Finance). The car did not have an owner's manual and Kevin Johnson was ordering it for me. I sent an e-mail and called in to see when I could pick up the 2016 Kia Soul + owner's manual that I told was ordered for me. I found out that Kevin Johnson has since left Hart. Since then, I have made numerous calls and even "chatted" with Hilary twice online and still no response back from Hart about this manual. As instructed by Ron Legette, on last Friday, 09/27/2019, I called and left a message with Mr. Jun Park, Sales Manager, to again inquire about when I could pick up the 2016 Kia Soul + owner's manual that was ordered for me. I still have not gotten a response back even from Mr. Park! It has been over 5 weeks since I purchased my vehicle. I need the owner's manual to understand all the features and the service schedule for my vehicle. Please advise when I can pick up the 2016 Kia Soul + owner's manual that I was told was ordered for me. And why no one has responded to my numerous inquiries?!! More
