My experience at Hart used car dealership I tried to purchase a car on your Hart car lot i was basically called a liar.and they couldn't help us. About week later we where just out looking you I tried to purchase a car on your Hart car lot i was basically called a liar.and they couldn't help us. About week later we where just out looking your salesman said let see what we can do and now I have a nice car. I recommend the used lot but not the other lot sad thing is the other lot had the car we bought it was setting on the other lot the salesman went over and picked up for us. I still dont understand why we were treated so bad at the other lot a week or so earlier and our salesman bent over backwards and your finance officer. I used to be a manager for 30 yrs my first suggestion is fire everyone on the main lot and find people who goes beyond they duties to help the customer. You need to let the guys at the used lot teach your other guys about customer service. I was basically left your other lot feeeling like crap your main lot guys at the used lot made feel like they wanted my business thank God for them. Need let your guys that we are happy with our purchase. More

Outstanding service We were looking for a new car. When we were introduced to Fernando Gonzalez by a service technician, Fernando was already serving another customer but We were looking for a new car. When we were introduced to Fernando Gonzalez by a service technician, Fernando was already serving another customer but he still took the time to find us a sales rep. Since no one was available, he promised to help us as soon as he had some time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked us what we were looking for and the color of the vehicle we wanted. He showed us what was a available. There were several choices and explained the differences including the price differences. We ended up with a car with more features than we had in mind for a small price difference. One such feature was a moon roof that we are very pleased with. Fernando still needed to finish serving his other customer and that gave my girlfriend and I some time to talk about what wanted before committing to a purchase. The whole experience was stress free and pleasant despite the business of the dealership at the time. We went home with the perfect car for us and a wonderful experience with Fernando who answered all our questions with kindness. More
