Treated unfairly We had filed bankruptcy and Hart was on the list to get a car. We started this process with Hart in March to submit paperwork court to get approval. Kevin didnt send in the paperwork so when I called 3 weeks later, he finally submitted paperwork. Got my court order approving $17,000 that Kevin Johnson submitted. Came in last Wednesday with $700 down. Was told we needed a $1000. Came in Monday and Tuesday with $1000 and now its $2500 and we cant get anything. I am only allowed to use Hart due to court paperwork and now have to start the process over which takes 30-45 days. I was supposed to start a new job on Monday. Our sales guy (Gerrin) was awesome in every way possible but Kevin did not want to deal with us and it was very rushed. More

It was actually faster than any dealership we have ever been This Hart's is actually the most positive dealership I believe I have ever been to. The man that helped us was A Curtis. (AC), and he made sure the p This Hart's is actually the most positive dealership I believe I have ever been to. The man that helped us was A Curtis. (AC), and he made sure the process went smoothly. He assured us that we could get a 2019 Nissan. This Nissan has room, room, and more room! And we just love it! Our old Nissan Rogue just doesn't even compare to this Nissan. I was glad to see another man come in and show us the legistics of how it would be a possibility for us to own a new car with so many extras.l Then when we went to finance, Roderick explained everything so clearly, to my husband and I. And we finished the paperwork in what seemed like minutes! Also, they cleaned the car out of course and A Curtis told us about all of the extras and showed us how they worked. This Hart's dealership really made us feel right at home . I'm glad that we came here as they were absolutely perfect for us. Thanks again HART'S !!! More
